Sydney Martin created Slanted Light to help executive teams marry their true north and high profitability. Since 2007, he has worked with Elon Musk, Sir Richard Branson, Pierre Omidyar, Nike’s Executive team, Evan Sharp, Tim Chen, and a host of other strategic and business visionaries. He has a passion for helping leaders across industries realize the potential of the organizations they lead. Sydney’s drive is to understand the key human elements that allow for growth, innovation, and genuine transformation. In that pursuit, he has built a world-class team, interviewed hundreds of people from around the world, and worked with top-performing companies and venture capitalists.
